A different material, the same geometry
The PEEK series mirrors the Steel series in mounting, shims and coating logic. What changes is what the head is made of.
PEEK construction
Machined from PEEK, a high-performance polymer that resists aggressive solvents and acids. Flatness on the inside planes is held to 10 µm or better across the full surface.
When to choose PEEK
Choose PEEK when your chemistry attacks stainless steel, or when a non-metallic wetted surface matters for your formulation. The Steel series is the alternative where tighter flatness or widths above 200 mm decide it.
Interchangeable with steel
Same mounting interface, same shims and meniscus guides, same machine compatibility. Switching between a PEEK head and a steel head of the same width needs no change to the machine.

Shims & meniscus guides
The shim sets the coating width and the wet film; the meniscus guide stabilizes the bead. Both are cut from AISI 302 stainless steel and are shared across the PEEK and Steel series.
Standard range
Thicknesses from 50 µm to 500 µm in sixteen steps. Default shim 100 µm, default meniscus guide 200 µm, default lip height 0.50 mm.
Patterns
Standard, custom and bespoke patterns. Lip height, thickness, pattern and coating width can all be specified — stripes and discrete coating areas included.
