Despite its powerful capabilities, FOM omegaR2R maintains a compact desktop design, integrating complex roll-to-roll processes while maintaining a small footprint. Equipped with interchangeable hot air, IR, or UV ovens, FOM omegaR2R supports continuous drying lengths of up to 2 meters. This modular flexibility makes it possible to tune curing conditions for challenging chemistries, where solvent control and drying kinetics are critical to film performance.

Wider coating capabilities

Compatible with FOM SD 25 to SD 300 slot-die heads, FOM omegaR2R offers coating widths from 1 mm to 300 mm. Its fully motorized x-y-z coating bridge enables μm-level precision, ensuring excellent uniformity and reproducibility across flexible substrates—essential for high-performance applications in energy, electronics, and printed devices.
