FOM SD 200 Features
The FOM SD 200, one of our versatile stainless-steel slot-die heads, is crafted for seamless compatibility with nearly all FOM coating machines, FOM nanoRC excluded. It has an impressive flatness tolerance of ≤ 5 µm across its entire surface, guaranteeing uniform and precise coatings. Made from stainless steel 1.4404 and chemically passivated, it ensures excellent corrosion resistance. The FOM SD 200 supports coating widths from 10 to 200 mm and can handle viscosities from 1 cP to over 100,000 cPs at 25°C. Equipped with a standard single manifold, dual ports for pressure measurement and air ventilation, and a 1/8” NPT thread for connecting tubes, its robust yet lightweight design simplifies assembly, disassembly, and maintenance. The FOM SD 200 is an ideal solution for efficient and reliable coating operations.
