The FOM SD 25, our smallest stainless-steel slot-die head, is engineered for universal compatibility with all FOM coating machines. FOM SD 25 caters to diverse needs with a coating width range of 1-25 mm and compatibility with viscosities ranging from 1 cP to over 100,000 cPs at 25°C. The slot-die head’s flatness tolerance on inside planes is ≤ 5 μm across its entire surface, ensuring uniform coatings. It offers threaded connections suitable for various tubing sizes in standard and high-viscosity versions.
