FOM SD 300 Features

It’s compatible with FOM arcRC, FOM alphaSC, FOM alphaR2R, FOM sigmaR2R, and FOM moduloR2R. It ensures a flatness tolerance of ≤ 5 µm across the entire surface, delivering uniform and precise coatings. Constructed from stainless steel 1.4404 and chemically passivated, it offers superior corrosion resistance. The FOM SD 300 supports coating widths ranging from 10 to 300 mm and can manage viscosities from 1 cP to over 100,000 cPs at 25°C. Featuring a standard single manifold, dual ports for pressure measurement and air ventilation, and a 1/8” NPT thread for tube connections, its sturdy yet lightweight design facilitates easy assembly, disassembly, and maintenance. The FOM SD 300 is perfect for achieving efficient and reliable coating processes.
